Introducing Personal Trainers, Instructors and Other Professionals who care about you:
Marie Hayden
Bio: Marie Hayden is the owner operator of Hayden Fitness.
Her journey through fitness started with her love for athletics in her youth and teen years. After many years of sports her activities came to a slow down and on came the weight…too many scoops of ice cream and fries with gravy. After always being fit Marie took a keen interest to weight training to help shed those unwanted pounds. She began her studies in Human Kinetics and lost interest after a few years as her career interests changed. Marie kept fitness as a passion and utilized her skills to assist others along the way. Her change in career took her traveling abroad where she was exposed to rich foods and began experiencing extreme digestion issues. After traveling abroad Marie came back to Fitness and took an interest into Naturopathic Healing. After years of undiagnosed digestion issues such as bloating, pain, exhaustion, irritability and gas Marie was truly diagnosed with multiple food intolerances/allergies. After years of mis-diagnosis Marie’s digestions issues were on the mend and now her work outs were even better. Marie can remember eating pancakes for breakfast and with in 30 minutes she felt like she needed to go back to bed as she was overcome with fatigue. Eliminating her toxic foods sprang back her energy she needed to get back on track. At 30 Marie married and had two children sixteen months apart. Unlike most fitness enthusiasts Marie was unable to exercise due to extreme low back pain and being placed on rest. This was not a fun place for Marie as she quickly added on the pregnancy weight creeping up to fifty pounds. With no time to shed the pounds in between babies the weight remained even after most mothers around her stated ” Don’t worry after you deliver you will loose….after you breastfeed you will loose it….after…..” Well needless to say this did not happen for Marie and she did not loose like everyone stated. Time to get back to Fitness. Marie came back to fitness with multiple conferences and workshops that allowed her to reshape her body and thus in turn help others around her. Her passion for helping others is abundant. She looks forward to assisting others find a healthier lifestyle. “Fitness should be fun and enjoyable not something you despise!” Let Marie open your eyes to a healthy approach to wellness.
