Select from our ladies only and coed sessions. You will experience a fitness session like no other with one one guidance in a small group format. Sessions incorporate TRX, Weights, G7, CORE, Cardio and Stretching and various props. So good bye to your wobbley bits and hello toned and tight.

Have you said goodbye to the working world or maybe just about. This group of awesome ladies will have you on track with enhancing your balance while increasing your strength and flexibility too. Class size is limited to 4 to ensure to receive the attention you deserve. Each class encompasses Strength training, Pilates Core and Yoga Stretching. Or try our specialty classes in Pilates, Yoga and TRX. We also have trained instructors with Osteofit and customize your sessions around various aging ailments.
