You will only find certified trainers who are committed to seeing you achieve your goals. Gyms charge upwards of $40/month and charge additional fees of $60-90 for a trainer. With Hayden Fitness we eliminate the gym fees and bring the savings to you.

    Looking for something to do on those empty days...Come join us as we move through a variety of safe exercises from chairs to balls to bands...we focus on fun, functional exercises that assist you through your daily activities. From beginners to advanced we have a program for you.

  • Strollersize
    Grab your stroller and let's get outside for an hour of rolling hills....well not a whole hour. Starting out with a warm up we will take you through a full body workout and end off with Core and Stretching all in the beautiful outdoors.

  • Core & Glutes
    This class is designed to strengthen your Core and Glutes through the use of balls, bands, and balance trainers.

  • Core Ball Training
    Increase your balance, improve your strength and gain more confidence with resistance exercises done on the ball. You’ll receive a challenging workout, proper technique and walk away with endless possibilities of how to use the ball. Your muscles will Thank you!
