Restore My CORE After Pregnancy

Hayden Fitness will help you regain your CORE after pregnancy. Our Trained Pre and Post Natal Trainer will guide you safely. Whether you just had your baby or its been a while you can stop procrastinating. We will give you a Thirty Minute Program you can continue on your own or join our Core in Thirty Class on Wednesdays and Fridays. This workshop repeats each month and is an hour in length. Those with Diastasis Recti Are welcome!!
